There are several kinds of accomodation in Japan.

  Generally not furnished, no curtain, no electric appliances.
  Basically two year term.
• Furnished Apartment
  Some is the apartments are rented with furniture.
  Basically two year term.
• Service Apartment
  Luxury apartment with furniture and room cleanning service and so on.
  Contract term varies.
• Monthly Aartment
  Basically furnished apartment for one month contract.
  Less Paper work and easy check in.
  No Key money, less deposit.
• GuestHouse(Gaijin House)
  Generaly Shared houses for foreign person are called Guesthouse(Gaijin House).
  Shared kitchen, shared bathroom,etc.
  Reasonable price.
